Today was my Friday for this week as I am taking tomorrow off. It is a much needed and I hope deserved 3-day weekend. Sometimes you have to make your own breaks and I am happy to be off on what is real Friday most of the time. I for one am glad the weekend has come early.

HIV and AIDS is a disease that has claimed a lot of lives. Unfortunately people who live with it live with the stigma of having it. This is a disease that knows no boundaries and can impact people of all walks of life. Education and awareness can make a difference in the lives of those who have the disease so that they too can live a full life.

When are we going to wake up and realize 2016 was just a bad dream in an alternative universe…if it’s real we could use a super hero or three.
There has been enough mayhem, tragedy and sadness to go around individually and collectively. 2017 is going to be the start of four bad years for a lot of good people.
