Cleveland Cavaliers 2016 NBA Champions
Congratulations to the Cleveland Cavaliers who won the NBA Finals tonight. This breaks the dry spell for sports championships for the city. LeBron James fulfilled a promise to bring a title to his city. It’s a great story of positive action and dreaming.
Be Awesome In The Coming Week
Being a positive person takes work. You have to be intentional about doing and being good. The world will drag you down if you let it. Kindness, peace, hope, all that have purpose in making us all better people. In the coming week choose to be the person you were made to be.

- 4 scallions, sliced

Anton Yelchin who played Pavel Chekov in the Star Trek movies, recently directed and produced by JJ Abrams, passed away overnight from injuries sustained from an auto accident. He was just 27. He was talented and way too young to pass. Boldy go Anton.
