I heard this on the radio this morning and it’s something you don’t hear all the time. This is a powerful song with terrific imagery. One of The Police’s great tunes.

“Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers – The Waiting” #RIPTom

Tom Petty, one of the great musical talents in America passed away at age 66 today. I grew up listening to him on the radio and his videos on MTV were terrific. Rest In Harmony Tom.

(It was officially announced late on Monday evening in California that Tom had passed away. Earlier reports had indicated he did but had not after some incorrect reporting.)
