Happy Friday Friends!

Hey everyone it’s Friday. Let’s have the best day possible. The weekend is close and I am glad about that. Have a great day good people!
Something About Stephen and Jimmy
Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel are heroes. Calling out the madness that is America is needed now more than ever. We need their voices to tell the stories of this country at this time.
Colbert’s show was cancelled last month. Jimmy Kimmel was pulled off-air due to comments about Charlie Kirk on last night’s show.
This has gone far enough, but I am not sure what to do. Freedom is on the line here, folks.
The Gilmore Girls of Stars Hollow
So, for the fun of it, I am checking out Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, a mother-daughter duo from the fictional town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut. Gilmore Girls is a cult classic TV show that aired from 2000-2007. The show featured a blend of humor and drama. It was the flagship show of The WB Network and finished its run on The CW.
It’s good as a dude to check out new shows outside my wheelhouse. I have checked out the pilot and the first episode. It’s a good show. I will give it a few episodes.
Six Word Story
Trying to keep up is hard.
Trying A New Operating System, Fedora KDE Plasma
I have been tinkering again, and this time I have been experimenting with the Fedora Linux operating system.
Fedora Linux is a Linux distribution developed by the Fedora Project. It was originally developed in 2003 as a continuation of the Red Hat Linux project.
There are different flavors of Fedora and I have been testing the KDE Plasma variant and I like it very much. I am a long-time user and I have been able to customize it to my liking and my workflow as an enthusiast who knows enough to be dangerous. I am using it on my desktop and laptop, so I am all-in.

So far, it’s worked well for me. I look forward to using it more and adjusting to how different it is from the Debian/Ubuntu distributions I have been using since I switched to Linux from Windows many years ago. This looks like a promising start to doing something new in Nerd Corner.
