No matter who you are life is messy. Everyone goes through life with varying degrees of chaos and turmoil. Your life might look polished on the outside but on the inside is a different story. Being human means you won’t go through life without some hiccups and other stuff happening that you have to deal with.
I am convinced that there won’t be a day that goes by when you won’t have something happen that makes you shake your head and wonder what is going on here. Even religious people like me don’t have it all together. It’s good to have people in your life who also have a messy life and need the support to go through it together.
My friends everything will be OK you just have to learn to be imperfect and let things happen so you can deal with those things in the future. Experience counts a lot when life is messy.

Pride month is a global celebration recognizing the LGBTQ community around the world. The work of acceptance and full inclusion continues. As an ally I’m proud to stand with my friends in the community who seek justice and to live their lives without fear.
