In life we need boundaries. Buffer zones between people and situations that could do harm. Personal relationships need boundaries too for emotional and physical safety. Some relationships can become inappropriately intimate especially when there are attachments in the mix.
Bloggers need boundaries too. Connections are made daily and there must be respect of the personal situations of one another. I think we can be too open online and that can become a problem in an era when people aren’t so kind. As friendships are made through social media we have to be careful about how friendly we can be.
Form your own best practices but have fun. Don’t let yourself get into a jam online.

You are open to people and have an interest in what others are doing. Friends thank you for inspiring me to be a better blogger and hopefully more open-minded. It’s amazing the connections we make with people who we never thought we would become friends with. Some folks surprise you when they want to be your pal. Those connections reveal the depth of our hearts and souls that we look past appearances into something greater. Friendships are a vital part of our world and we all need them. It is through our friendships that we learn more about ourselves. We need to be wary that we see ourselves poorly when others reject us though. Each of us are valuable people and its great when others see it and sometimes let us know that value. Connections are cool!
I am really digging how social WordPress is. Here at the .com version they make it easy to make connections with fellow bloggers and to discover interesting things. The integrated comment system is quite good and secure. A great feature is one is able to link to self hosted WordPress sites which makes this a great platform for expression and discussion with a vast community. It’s been great meeting new folks here and establishing connections around the world. Yes I am digging this very much.
