To all voting tomorrow be sure to thank the poll workers that are doing the work of a safe and orderly election. I am sure there will be a heavy turnout and they are going to have to work hard to keep up. Thank you to all who are making this election work for all. Don’t stay home, your vote is needed. November, it’s good to see you. I hope for good things from you, like Kamala and Tim getting elected on the fifth or sometime after that. Also, remember that Thanksgiving is an important holiday.
We voted this afternoon after work. Early voting is easy (except for traffic getting to the election headquarters) and fun. Doing one’s civic duty is important. Make a plan to vote on or before November 5th.
I saw this sign on my way home, which warmed my heart. It is nice to know that other blue dots are in a ruby-red state.
President Biden had a rough debate. I won’t deny that. Perhaps he overprepared or a long day of having a real job caught up with him like it does all of us. Maybe 9 PM is too late to debate? No matter what it was a snapshot in time. Not a reflection of his whole body of work and experience.
He came out swinging in a speech in N. Carolina today. That is encouraging and I hope it will take the sting out of last night.
Remember you electing an administration not just a President and VP. I still don’t want Trump or his thugs anywhere near the White House. Have some hope and faith that things will look up.
