I know on the calendar it’s Fall but the weather is more like Summer. So with that thought I present Richard Marx in his hit song Endless Summer Nights. Our weather here is very Summer like and it doesn’t seem to be letting up in the coming days.
Fall For Chilli
First chill of the fall. It got cool enough to make it. It’s gonna be good. Served with corn chips, sour cream and cheese it makes a very hearty meal to warm you up.

It’s November 2016 and unlike prior November’s the colors don’t look like this where I am. It feels more like late Spring with temps in the 80’s. I am ready for a significant cool down.
