Live Aid, a concert to raise much needed money and awareness of the famine in Ethiopia was held 34 years ago in London and Philadelphia. It featured a who’s who of talent of the 1980’s. Organized by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure this event was one for the history books.

The greatest single performance in the minds and hearts of many was by Queen. Freddie, Brian, John and Roger owned Wembley and the world for that matter. Enjoy this clip of the entire set that was magical and other worldly.

May my friends in the UK be safe and comforted during this time. Incidents like these happen far too often. I hope that as more is learned about this situation that justice will prevail.
