I am a country music fan and Garth Brooks is one of my favorite performers of all time. “We Shall Be Free” was released in 1992 on his album “The Chase”. Tom Petty, one of the great musical talents in America passed away at age 66 today. I grew up listening to him on the radio and his videos on MTV were terrific. Rest In Harmony Tom.
(It was officially announced late on Monday evening in California that Tom had passed away. Earlier reports had indicated he did but had not after some incorrect reporting.)
