Today is Giving Tuesday, a day to give back to charities and organizations doing good works in our communities. Please consider giving today to a cause benefiting places that are doing good works where you are. It’s better to give than receive in many ways. Give, donate, help!
Today is when some fantastic deals can be found online. Cyber Monday is as popular as Black Friday if not moreso. Check out the bargains to be had today at your favorite sites.
Stop being afraid of what’s unknown.
In the next few hours retailers will be preparing for the onslaught that is Black Friday sales. Be patient and kind with those who will be working their shifts. Retail is a very difficult job because it means dealing with stores of inventory and stores of people. Nothing will be solved with raised voices and insults. Also be safe!
This is funny with me being an Episcopalian. For many families they have to be strategic about keeping the peace in the times we live in.
Most of America will be going back to standard time tomorrow. That means they will set their clocks back one hour before going to bed tonight and getting an extra hour of sleep. Don’t forget my friends to do this before turning in for the night. While you are at it check your smoke alarm batteries and other devices too.
