I found this on Facebook and it’s a meme designed to remind people of a certain generation they are old. I am a member of Generation X and this entire list is aimed primarily at people like me. In a way, it’s OK because it reminds me of a good time when you did stuff on this list and there was less technology involved. If you need an explanation of what some of this is I can help.
Posture in anything is important. When operating your computer it is essential. The top frame is in proper posture. The bottom frame is not. When you do it right you can expect to have maximum productivity. If you are like the fellow laying down, then who knows what will happen.
I think I have been blogging consistently for 15 years or so. In that time I have never had any post get more than the number of likes I got on this post on the Threads platform which is run by the folks of Instagram/Meta. This post about celebrating Hanukkah has gotten 928 plus likes and 44 replies That is what I call a viral response.
No blog post on any of the blogging platforms I have used has even come close to that number. I even use tags on my blog posts to reach a wider audience. I am just wondering if I have become stale to my blogging audience? This is just something I am wondering about.
It’s that time again to fall back. Set your clocks back one hour before turning in tonight. However, it would be ok to be early for things tomorrow. Or enjoy an “extra hour” of sleep. You do you boo.
There is a lot of stuff going on in the world today. The same could be said about our personal lives. Mental health is important and vital. For too long it was stigmatized. Lately it’s been a subject of focus because mental and physical health are connected. If you need help, get help. No need in suffering alone when you don’t have to. Your mental health should matter because it impacts more than just yourself.
