It’s time once again to move your clocks ahead one hour because we return to Daylight Saving Time. I hate this time of year because of the loss of sleep and how it makes me feel for a few days later. Also, the changes in light and dark parts of the day can be annoying.
Daylight saving time 2022 officially begins Sunday, March 13 at 2 a.m., meaning we move the clock ahead one hour. This also means we “lose” one hour of sleep and it messes up our biological clocks for a few days. Don’t forget to move your clocks ahead before turning in for bed tonight.
