Wrong

You ever have a conversation with someone and it seems like everything you are saying is wrong or they just disagree with you. That can be highly frustrating and makes you feel like you don’t know what you are talking about. Perhaps its a matter of confidence or information. Sometimes just keeping quiet is the best course of action.

#Be yourself. Be the person God made you to be. #AdventWord

North Pole Limited Train Excursion

Tonight we went on an imaginary journey to the north pole from the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. It was a fun trip that made us remember the times when we heard stories of Santa and Mrs. Claus. We enjoyed a voyage like that of “The Polar Express” except we didn’t encounter many caribou. During the trip they gave us a snack and a jingle bell. This is a great holiday attraction that is right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee that families of all types can enjoy. Christmas is better when you do things like this.

Today is also the Feast Day of St. Nicholas so this fun event was very appropriate.

So I had Indian food today. It’s delicious. However it doesn’t like me very much.

Happy Hanukkah

(From My Jewish Learning) Hanukkah is the Festival of Lights.

It commemorates the victory of the ancient Israelites over the Syrian Greek army, and the subsequent miracle of restoring the menorah in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

The miracle of Hanukkah is that only one vial of oil was found with just enough oil for one day, and yet it lasted for eight full days.

Happy Hanukkah to my Jewish friends and others who observe this holiday.

Mary was called to be the mother of Jesus. Her #care for him is an example to us all to love one another. #AdventWord
