It’s OK To Get Happy
People would do well to not take things so seriously. We should learn to have fun and chill out. Overthinking things can be a problem too. Our prior experiences can color our view of the present. If we all just decided to be intentionally positive and happy perhaps the world would be a better place to be in and people would be more pleasant to be around. Even in tough times it’s OK to get happy.
Cooler Online, In Life A Dork
I’m so much cooler online to paraphrase Brad Paisley. In the real world I’m a total dork and a half. Seriously. Really there’s nothing cool about me. I’m glad you are willing to believe I’m somewhat hip. Honored I am.
Poverty
Poverty is a problem for people all over the world. It’s not a character flaw it’s a unfortunate situation good people find themselves in. They work hard but still can’t seem to make ends meet. When children are involved then the situation is even more serious. Everyone deserves the basics of life and no one should go without. Being poor is nothing to be ashamed of. Helping the least of these is something we all are called to do.

It’s awesome to have the opportunity to blog in a diverse community. I consider you peers, friends, equals. The fact that you follow a dude in his mid-40’s (45 to be excact) is remarkable.
