Status Update

My week is done and the weekend has begun. Today was tough for several reasons. Let’s chill out and do good things.

Observing Juneteenth, Celebrating Freedom #Juneteenth

Juneteenth is an annual observance on June 19 to remember when Union soldiers enforced the Emancipation Proclamation and freed all remaining slaves in Texas on June 19, 1865. This day is an opportunity for people to celebrate freedom and equal rights in the United States.

Celebrate this day for those who were freed during a dark time history. This is also a reminder that all people should be free. Be mindful of those who lived under the oppression of slavery in the United States and elsewhere.

Hello Friday, Nice To See You!
