Wow it’s been fourteen years. I haven’t been blogging regularly here for that long it’s only been six since I migrated to WordPress.com as my new blogging home. I thank all those who have followed me over the years. I hope I haven’t bored any of you to tears yet. Here’s to many more posts.
Life is about new routines these days and it’s amazing how some have adapted and others have gone mad/crazy.
It’s good to step outside for a little Sun. Your mood will improve. When your skin is exposed to sunlight, it makes vitamin D from cholesterol. Sunning is sometimes about alleviating depression as much as it is about adding some color.
For today’s Sonic Saturday I am serving up some 1990’s groove. Passion by Dionne Farris is one of those songs that has some killer vocals with some great guitar rifts with tight bass lines. Her voice is pure soul and power.
