With my blood donation today I have given 3 gallons in my lifetime. Pretty cool if you ask me.
A One Hour Tour
I gave a tour at work to a group of future health care professionals today. They enjoyed learning more about our regional blood bank, Blood Assurance.

Thought Of The Day
I believe we are unique creations from a wonderful Creator. With that being said we have a responsibility to be ourselves and to make the world a better place. The sad bit is when you act on being yourself and you pay the price from people who don’t get it. It should I be that way if you are living your truth.
