Fishing requires going to the shore or getting on a boat and throwing out a line with a hook on it or a net. Sometimes you need to remember how to do those things so you can catch a fish that will feed you more completely. Baiting the hook and continuing to throw the net out will get you results if you are patient enough.

Our New Favorite Thing
When you like it hot but not too hot.
Our friend John posted on Facebook about this chili garlic sauce and how good it was. The next time I was at the store, I spotted it and grabbed it immediately. Since then, I’ve been looking for ways to use it (and having so much delicious fun!) Here are some of the winning choices:
Szechuan Shrimp (coming soon!)
(It’s also really delicious added at the table as you would sriracha or any hot sauce; just be sparing until you know how much you can handle!)

The 59th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony will be held on February 12, 2017. The CBS network will broadcast the show live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. James Corden of The Late Late Show and Doctor Who will be hosting tonight.
The Grammy’s along with Saturday Night Live are how I discover what’s current in music. Being able to relate mean’s keeping up with the pop culture of the moment. I will have a link to a list of the winners later on.

And Now The Weather – Unseasonable In The South #chawx

As of 5:00 PM on Sunday evening it was 65 degrees. Earlier in the day it was warmer. The southern United States does get cold weather and snow. Right now its very unseasonable in the south. I could go for some seasonable weather like we had when I was a kid. Right now its supposed to be sweater weather, instead the air conditioning is on. Now it has brought up a blizzard in March and April so I don’t count anything out.
