This was a great Sunday night supper. It also made enough for leftovers for Monday. I enjoyed every last bite!
Boil noodles in large pot with salt until al dente; drain and set aside. While noodles are boiling, melt 2 tbsp butter in large skillet on medium-high heat; add meatballs and saute until browned on all sides. Remove to large plate. Add onion, salt, and pepper to skillet and saute until soft and just starting to brown (stir regularly to incorporate any brown bits from the meatballs). Episcopal churches in Maryland and Indiana were vandalized with pro-Trump, racist messages last night.

This is shameful and heart breaking. As an Episcopalian this hurts even more. Why is there need to vandalize places of worship? I pray for those who did this and hope they will realize the error of their ways. May justice, forgiveness and reconciliation come from this.

Everyone has some sort of goal in life. For some they are very lofty, very ambitious. To have that sort of idea requires lots of work, dedication, persistence and perspiration. A lofty goal can also be one that is unattainable and unrealistic but there are people who are working to make their dreams come true.
Then there are people who are of a status that puts them in their minds above everyone else. They treat people as less than and have a superiority complex.
Great speakers are gifted in their oratory and eloquence as they inspire people to ascend to new heights and to be something better. They can challenge people to rise up to a challenge and to achieve something great.

I have finally settled on Ubuntu 16.04.1 which is running really well so far on the new desktop. Ubuntu is an Open Source operating system that runs like Windows or iOS but it’s free and is largely community and developer supported. At the moment I am downloading free software so I can do things like edit photos, manage media and to create stuff for the blog and so much more.
You may ask why not just use Windows…well I have been a fan of Linux for years. I have been able to take old computers and give them new life because there is less bloatware and that sort of thing. It’s also a matter of being able to upgrade without cost. My Chromebook is based of of Linux too so it runs on the same principle.
Creating and connecting is going to be a lot of fun using this new configuration.
