Forgiveness, a true blessing for all.
Six Word Story
Forgiveness, a true blessing for all.
Forgiveness, a true blessing for all.

The flames of a campfire or in a fireplace on a cold night can warm the body and soul. The flicker of the red, yellow and sometimes orange hues dancing are very hypnotic. Flames can mean other things like the heat of passion or the heat of an argument. You can get burned by flames but those same flames can illuminate a path and help you find your way. When controlled flames do amazing things but when they are left to their on devices they can be destructive and very harmful. Flames can also inspire and make you wonder. May we all keep our flames in check lest they burn someone or something we love.
This election cycle has taken its toll on a lot of people. It has strained relationships and made people crazy. This is a prime reason to leave Facebook for awhile. I regret some things I have said and feel like long time friendships have been changed. My friends this has been a sad time in the history of our country and it is bound to get worse. My hope is for reconciliation, forgiveness and most importantly peace.

I said farewell to Facebook again today. A break is necessary before I say more things that are hurtful. I am still available here on the blog and on Twitter.

There is still much to do to keep those in leadership in check and to preserve the rights of every citizen to have access to life, liberty and happiness.
So, now let’s change the conversation.
