I am home from the weekend away. The air conditioning in our house is not working so blogging in long form isn’t happening, it’s too hot. I hope you all have had a great weekend.
A Reflection on My Saturday Morning
It was a cool morning celebrating the Eucharist with a couple hundred Episcopal men. There is something to be said for abiding in the peace of Christ in a familiar place but has new significance because of my new connection to it. Be with us Lord Christ. Peace of the Lord be with you.
I am at a men’s retreat this weekend through my Episcopal parish. This weekend is a much needed one for renewal and spirit. Thanks for being cool with my churchy posts.
Rambling About Men Of Faith
Men of faith are called to be servants and leaders in their communities. They have an important role in being people who are to model humility and a vibrant spirit. They are to work with their partners in sharing their faith tradition with the next generation. Men are needed to be role models too. I think men also support their partners in achieving their dreams and encouraging those around who need a hand in times of need. I will expound on this topic in future posts. They need to pray for those closest to them. Faithful men also need to love, be tender, care and be there for others. God made man to be in his image and to put our best foot forward.

Daily Prompt: Moon
The Moon is a far away place, it keeps our gravity in check. Like a teenager it has phases that shows itself in different ways through time and space. It is a satellite for our Earth. Werewolves and Vampires kind of like the moon because they can transform in its glow. Lovers use it as an inspiration for romance. Men have walked upon its surface to explore Tranquility. Some will drop their drawers which is a different type of moon. There is also a quarterback with that name. Moon is also in the 7th house as Jupiter is aligned with mars. The moon is a great place.
