Humanity is in crisis and the price of a gallon of gas ideally shouldn’t be getting totally upset about. People are trying to survive moment to moment. Let’s chill out and be helpful in the situations people find themselves in.
International Women’s Day – #IWD #BreakTheBias
Today is International Women’s Day where the accomplishments and contributions of Women are highlighted. I support this effort and also think Women should be celebrated every day. This year’s theme is “Break The Bias” which is a good thing to ponder and practice.

Hi Monday, Good To See You
My weekend was not a lot of fun for various reasons, so I’m actually happy it’s Monday. There were a couple of bright spots. Let’s hope for a good week for us all. Grace and peace kids.
Sunday Reflection – The Ukrainian Flock
As I went to church this morning I was in a safe place with no chaos. Today in Ukraine people were just trying to find a place to worship where they could do so in safety and peace. I am mindful of this fact and I should be more grateful. Who knows what Easter will be like for these people. It’s also OK for those folks to be pissed off at God for what is happening these days. All I know is that God is with them, no matter what.
