Let’s shake things up today and let’s make Monday awesome. Get some coffee or something like that and let’s do this!
Have a wonderful day good people.

Everyone is a nerd, they just don’t know it yet…I said this
With all the calamity and chaos in the world its hard to care about it all. Of course we should all be concerned about things like nuclear missiles, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, health care and the like but how much can the human heart and soul care about? Sure I feel grief over the earthquakes of Mexico, the big storms that seem to be happening all around us, nuclear arms in North Korea and the seeming hatred of giving everyone access to care to keep them alive without costing them an arm and a leg.
My gosh this is a lot to take in. Question is do we have the capacity to care about everything at every moment? How much care is available in our hearts and souls? We are all being put to the test it seems. I don’t know what to think of it all but to think about it from a place of faith and hope. Things have got to get better, don’t you think?
Life is scary, no promises were given as to how carefree it could be. Maybe we just should breathe in, have some gumption and hold on tight. Seems like that just might get us through.
I would think we would be doing everything possible to preserve life in all its forms and to seek peace in whatever ways we can. Let’s hope those who are making decisions will see that as a must do for everyone. Things can only get better.
The most coveted award in American television is the Emmy which is presented by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Tonight the awards will be given out in Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theatre. You can see lots of stars looking like they own the red carpet. Stephen Colbert will be hosting and I am looking forward to his comments on the events of the evening and current events.

The greatest losses of this weekend are of people who made their communities better and sought to live life to the fullest. I am convinced that losing people is so much more worth grieving than sporting events. My perspective about this has changed over the years. Today in this area two people who sought to live life to the fullest were mourned for the contributions they made to their local communities. My friends hold those special close to you today and every day.
It’s interesting how one can post only one thing one day and post many things the next. Blogging is funny that way. Everyone runs out of creative juice then creativity rains from above and you can’t stop yourself from writing and posting. Post frequency is as individual as anything and every person is different in their view of how much to post and when to post it.
For me I post when the lightning strikes and inspiration presents itself. So you might see an endless stream of posts or none at all. Remember its your blog and you make the rules. Be mindful to not overwhelm your readers too often, they might unfollow you. Of course it all depends on when the mood is right and you gotta be ready to post on whatever device is handy.
