This year went from awful to suck to something horrible in 365 days. I won’t miss this year. So much has happened. So much pain. So so much loss. We can’t make sense of it all. Lord have mercy over us all.

It’s nice to get praised for doing good things. An ovation is a way for people to give praise to those who’s work is of quality. Some people get a standing ovation when they have put on a most excellent performance. Everyone needs an ovation of sorts for the good things they do. If we reward good behavior and actions then people will continue to do that sort of thing. Even if you don’t grace a stage you deserve an ovation for your contribution to the greater good.
Hanukkah is celebrated around the world for eight days and nights. Hanukkah celebrates the victory of the Maccabees or Israelites over the Greek-Syrian ruler, Antiochus about 2200 years ago. A Menorah is a special nine-branched candelabrum, also known in Hebrew as a Hanukiah.

The Force is with me and I am one with The Force. Princess Leia The Jedi is with you tonight. Grace and peace Carrie Fisher.
Sometimes a post isn’t your best work. It kind of goes over like a lead balloon or something like that. You put a lot of mental effort into it or perhaps its something you think people might find interesting or inspirational. Pride in your posts can taint how you write down the road if you let it. Not every post will shine like a diamond, some will go thud. It’s interesting how people react to things online and in real life. It really is hard to please everyone but that doesn’t mean you should stop trying.
(From CBS News) Cindy Stowell was battling stage-four colon cancer when she had a six-game “Jeopardy” winning streak, earning over $100,000. She never told her friends of family, wanting them to watch for themselves when the episodes aired.
This is inspirational and heart breaking at the same time. She had a mission and fulfilled it. Her death is a very sad thing but what she did for Cancer research will help others for a long time.
