My life, my opinions, my crazy stuff all comes from my heart and head. Now I don’t reveal everything because everyone has the right and privilege of some privacy. Connecting with like-minded people is a great thing and can make this social thing even more fun. I encourage genuine dialogue and genuine posts because it tells the story about unique people who are trying to figure out this crazy world we live in. Something About My Work At Blood Assurance
It’s been a very challenging couple of days for me professionally and a little personally. The work of me and my team at Blood Assurance our regional blood bank is vitally important to saving lives. Without our organization many peoples lives over the years would be in jeopardy. Yesterday and Today people of all races, creeds, nationalities and genders came to our doors to donate a huge part of themselves, their blood. Today I helped over 100 people set aside their time to come donate. Those folks are important in that they will have an opportunity to save 300 lives. That is something to be thankful for.
Daily Prompt: Scorched
Everyone gets burned in their lives and its deep within but other times we are scorched and the burn becomes more visible, apparent by the look on someones face. Scorching means to burn superficially something as to discolor or damage it. That heat can transform something into a beautiful thing or ruin it forever. We all go through trials that can burn us deeply or show people we have been through the fire and we are better for it.
