It’s that time again to fall back. Set your clocks back one hour before turning in tonight. However, it would be ok to be early for things tomorrow. Or enjoy an “extra hour” of sleep. You do you boo.

Yesterday I got my 2023 COVID vaccine and a Pneumonia vaccine. I am fine after having both other than a sore arm. If you haven’t gotten your vaccines please do so if you can. In many cases, it’s free or low-cost. The more shots, the better you will be.
