Happy Mother’s Day

Today is Mother’s Day and I want to salute all moms who are true heroes. Some mothers are biological, some through adoption, and some care for kids who are in need, through various situations. Of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the wonderful pet moms who have two and four-legged kids. Many parents out there are both mother and father and that is to be saluted. Some have strained relationships with their mothers and that cannot be ignored. No matter what I hope you all have someone you can call mom to be there for you. Thank you Moms of all persuasions.

More Writer Than Reader

My friends, I have been a prolific blog poster in my many years with various blogging platforms. I have been known to post 5 or more times a day. Being a prolific reader is another story. Blogging community I have been severely lapsed in reading your posts and that doesn’t seem fair considering you read and comment on mine.

I am hoping to change that and spend more time seeing what is happening in your world and in your head through your work. I ask for your forgiveness. I will work to do better. Thank you for your connections and communications. You all rock.

Your friend in blogging, Tony

Lovely knockout roses are in bloom on this last day in April. Spring is definitely here. I look forward to their appearance each year.

Me, And Social Media

Daily writing prompt
How do you use social media?

I use social media as a way of connecting with other people and keeping up with what is going on with my interests. Of course, I comment but in a respectful manner. You have to be responsible for how you use it these days. Beware the comments my good people.

April 2023 – April Fools’ Day

Today is the first day of April. It is also April Fools’ Day. Be careful what you believe this day. Have fun and enjoy the day.

Quote Of The Day

Either you allow Holy Scriptures to change you, or you will normally try to use it to change–and clobber–other people. It is the height of idolatry to use the supposed Word of God so that my small self can be in control and be right. But I am afraid this has been more the norm than the exception in the use of the Bible.
