Professional Goal Achieved

I just made my 3000th donor appointment for 2018 at Blood Assurance today. That is done through a lot of dialing and smiling on the telephone. Feels good to have done this.

Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli

I made this for dinner tonight. Beef tips, broccoli and onion with soy sauce, Thai chili sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame oil, honey and brown sugar. Served with rice and homemade white sauce made for a good Sunday dinner.
