Yep, it is “Moanday” the day we all like to moan about. Yeah we all moan about it being Monday.
I am back at work after my 3-day weekend. Coming back after a bit of a break can be a pain especially catching up on the work you left behind. Today is going to happen whether we like it or not so we gotta keep moving. Drink one more cup of coffee and try to put a smile on your face if possible. Have a great day everyone. I cheered for Carolina but Denver is a great franchise with a future Hall-of-Famer as their QB. Peyton Manning can now call it a career without any unfinished business. Congratulations Broncos you deserve it. United In Orange.
I make a dip that is enjoyed by family and friends. There are many variations on this queso dip that others make. My opinion is that anytime there is cheese, cream cheese, sausage and sour cream are involved then you can’t go wrong.
Brown sausage (drain grease) blend in cream cheese until melted and well incorporated. Add sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. Stir ingredients together and let cheese melt. Add in cayenne pepper or other warm spices. Use a slow cooker to combine ingredients and keep the dip warm. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
I am pulling for the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50. Cam Newton has the weapons to get the job done. It would be the Panther’s first world championship. This game will be great though. Peyton Manning could be playing his way into the sunset though. Go Panthers!
