To all the Asian folks out there I hope you are doing your best to be safe and to stay strong and just live life on your terms. You are a vital part of the fabric of the country and the world. The hatred and violence you are experiencing is wrong on every level.
Hang in there and reach out if you need to. To my friends in the Asian community I am with you. You are good people. We need to stop this Asian hate.
Also we must continue to remember those in the Black community who continue to seek justice and equality. Black lives always matter too.
In Remembrance – Say No To #Racism And #Discrimination
Remembering the names of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmad Arbery who lost their lives last year. They and many others are victims of systemic and other forms of racism. We also must be mindful of racism against Asian people who are unfortunately victims of COVID-related violence.
It seems that for the world to be well racism is something that should die just like the Coronavirus. Loving your neighbors of all races, genders, and orientations is a best practice. Discrimination is just plain wrong. The world needs to come together now more than ever. Everyone is human and worthy of living without fear.

Sunday Reflection: Good Destruction
Forces in your life will destroy you. Well not kill you but shape you in such a way that changes you for the better. Everyone is being destroyed by something that is making you who you were meant to be. Those are things that impact your whole life and everything that makes you the person you are.
Good destruction means allowing yourself to be transformed into someone better and to come into good forces that will show you a new way forward. Love is a good force that destroys and builds back better.
Your identity is being formed as you go through this life and hopefully, good things are influencing you. It’s incredible how a wrecking ball can take away the things that are doing bad stuff in your life. What is that thing that is making you that person you are supposed to be?
