Hello Summer 2023

Wednesday, June 21, 2023 is the summer solstice — the longest daylight hours of the year and the official start of summer.

Despite it being the first day of summer it’s raining here in Chattanooga. Not the best way to begin the season.

Like many people of a certain age and size, sleep can be challenging. A CPAP is often the course of treatment to help one sleep better and stave off apnea. Today I went to get fitted for a new CPAP device which will hopefully help me stay asleep at night. These devices are not cheap and thank goodness for insurance and credit to help me buy this outright. Tonight and in many nights to come I hope to sleep better.

Juneteenth Freedom Day

Whatever you are feeling may you know you are not alone. May the love of your family or yourself be the rule of the day.
