WordPress is indeed a different animal than Tumblr. People here are incredibly creative and very original. They have something to say in every post they make. One thing I notice is re-blogging is at a minimum and to me that’s great. I love seeing more original posts from everyone I am coming across here. One fear I have is that I don’t write long enough or perhaps very deep compared to other WordPress bloggers. Maybe I should consider how to do things different here. Let’s see how things go. Input welcome from all in the community. Lets keep on blogging.

Fifty Posts!
Money, Money, Money
Money makes things happen. It changes things and people. It’s what we do with money that can determine if it makes us happy or makes things worse. Money by itself can do little but with a human being in charge of it interesting things can happen. Just a thought or two.
So I Changed My Blog Theme
I am now using the Motif theme and I think it looks a little more polished and more suited to my personality. What do you think? Many of you inspire me in what you do with your blogs content and function. Your feedback is welcome!
What You Can Expect From My Posts
I plan on posting several times a day. Things inspire me all the time and as a blogger I want to share them with the world. Now I realize that could mean some post fatigue and I will try to not overwhelm you. My posts have a positive spirit about them but on occasion I will vent frustrations and question things. My blogging is about chronicling and curating the things in my life that are sacred to me at the same time doing so in a not too serious way. I don’t keep my blog in a box as it comes to when I post. Life is meant to blog about it.
Thank you WordPress community for accepting me and welcoming me here. I appreciate it. Keep on blogging!
To The WordPress Community
I have been impressed by what I have seen here the past few days. WordPress has some great people doing some great stuff online. I do have some questions about your experiences.
1. How often do you post? I tend to post a lot when I see things that inspire me. So its not uncommon for me to post 10 or more times in a day, is that too much? Is WordPress meant for fewer, more thought out posts?
2. The writers here are different than on Tumblr. I see a lot of indepth posts about various topics. My posts aren’t very long and that comes from my prior experiences with blogging.
3. What are your overall experiences with WordPress as a place where you can be social and develop connections with other bloggers? I have made friendships with people on other platforms like Multiply and now with Tumblr, What can I expect here?
If you have any other information you would like offer please do. Your perspective and opinion is appreciated. Thank you for all those who have connected with me in my very short time here.
