You never know what to say to someone who isn’t feeling it on any given day. Stuff is going on in their lives they are trying to get through but finding it tough. Saying “have a great day” sounds like pouring salt into a wound but you know there is a flip side to that. Maybe that person needs some encouragement to turn things around. Perhaps they need to know that there is light at the end of a dark tunnel. What they are going through is hopefully a short-term event and offering some hope is always a good thing. Being kind to someone in a unfortunate situation says something about who we are and is an opportunity to lift the load on someones heart and soul.
So everyone with all that being said…HAVE A GREAT DAY!
Life is a busy place to be and we are all living it daily. Situations arise when we don’t have a great deal of time to blog because of reasons. One thing you can do is to post pictures from every day or perhaps to send up a couple of sentences about what’s going on in life. Blogging is not supposed to be a chore, its something we do because we love it. The process of chronicling ones life can help you organize what you are thinking and doing. It can also help to remind you what you might have done a week ago. Keep this thing called blogging a fun and practical way to connect with yourself and others.
I try to be a positive person in life but there is no way to be that all the time. What we see in the news can really bring you down. You can’t always ignore it either because your friends and your social network are talking about it. Then there are situations you experience in person which impact you in a profound way. Putting a smile on your face can be a challenge. All the bad news in the world can really bring you down and make you question life. Being a beacon of positivity can make one weary and tired. Maybe it’s OK to be a little vulnerable and to be negative every once and awhile. Its hard as hell sometimes and that is OK. Bah!
Everything changes, it’s a fact of life and technology. We all have things that come along that are different and new. Some of us can handle transitions better than others. Getting used to things that are unfamiliar is a real challenge for many. Being open minded can help us adjust to things that come along in life. Nothing remains the same for too long. An idea, a revolution, a communal desire to see change can make some uncomfortable which presents a whole other set of issues. The one thing we have to do in all of life is to keep our cool and hopefully have an open mind to doing something we aren’t used to doing.
So if you are going through a lot of change, know others have been down the same road as you. It will be alright. Have faith in your own abilities to adapt to the new. We all have changes ahead that we have to cope with. Hang in there good people, things will be alright…have some faith
