Watching a 90th anniversary celebration of the NBC network and thinking how much of our culture has been shaped by broadcast television and before it radio. I am a product of it and I am very proud to have worked in it. Without this medium our lives would be very different because we would have been given a glimpse of how life can be for everyone. Entertainment, enlightenment and education have come over the airwaves for decades. Along with CBS and ABC over the air TV has made our country what it is today and has made the lives of us all a little more cheerful and fun.

People with voices want to be heard. Sometimes the issue is about listening. Noise can make it hard to be heard. When people speak they have a strong desire to be understood for comprehension for respect. Protesters want their message to get across to those who they hope will receive it. To be heard is to be loved and cared about. It’s always good to let those in your life know they are heard too.

Everyone works out their deal with eternity in their own time and space. Perhaps you have to just take some time to find out where you are headed and where you want to go. Sometimes the doubt can bring you closer to your higher power eventually.
