Mega is a buzz word these days when talking about something huge. Whether it be a store or a church mega seems to be what many like these days. It’s all about making the biggest splash and the biggest impact. Computing has megabytes and now there is terabytes. Mega is the thing and if you aren’t mega then you aren’t worth much in the minds of our consumer driven world. Buy in large is the thing and if you aren’t big then you aren’t worthy. We have a Jurassic Park mentality where you have to spare no expense and always provide something to amuse people. Are we still saying bigger is better or can we change the culture there? Megaminds want to know.

It’s Monday…Meh
I deny its Monday but the reality of it requires coffee or the caffeinated beverage of your choice. Have a great day good people. Let’s do this….whatever this is.
All Saints’ Day – All Saints’ Sunday
All Saints’ Day, also known as All Hallows, Day of All the Saints, Solemnity of All Saints, or Feast of All Saints is a solemnity celebrated on 1 November by the Roman Catholic Church and various Protestant denominations.
Today is the first All Saints’ Day in our new church. I remember those who have gone on before and have joined the company of saints who have gone on before. God blessed me with those people and I am deeply grateful for those who have made my life better.
Come Back To Posting and Creating In November and December
If you haven’t posted anything original in awhile make a point to do so starting in November and going through December. Both months are times to be grateful and to be generous. Enjoy creating new things and enjoy the fun of blogging again. One can also catch up on the blogs of others and offer them feedback too. Once you have started keep it up. Keep on blogging good people.
The Weekend Is Here
My friends, the weekend is here. I am so, so glad. The week has been long, well the last few weeks have been long. I am chilling out at home on a Friday night and I am very pleased to be doing some stuff around the house like cooking steaks, eating pumpkin pie and watching TV with my love.
Tomorrow we are going to breakfast with my family and a football game at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where they are celebrating homecoming. Lots of blue and gold and alumni and fun.
Sunday is church along with some rest and relaxation.
My friends I hope you have a great weekend. Of course it will be blogged. Your friendship is a good thing. Have fun. Be safe. Grace and peace.
