One of my blog followers has unfollowed me due to my posting frequency. Sure I post more than once a day because I blog in real time when I am inspired to. My blog is a chronicle of the things happening in my life and I can’t not post when something happens I want to share. Blogs are meant to be living, breathing documents the world can see.
If you have questions or complaints let me know. I appreciate each of you following along no matter what.
Twitter has the feature of letting tweets be embedded in blogs and other sites. I am using this option to help curate things I am interested in. To see the embedded tweets in my blog you need to see the blog itself and not through the WordPress Reader because it doesn’t display the way it should.
Embedding tweets is a great way to bring new content and link people to stories on the web you want to share. To find out more on how to do this visit https://support.twitter.com/articles/20169559 where they have complete instructions. Now in WordPress you will need to use the HTML not the Visual editor to do this.
I like to ramble about things that rattle around in my head. Those posts are more like a stream of consciousness and thoughts that I want to share on my blog. Now I have compiled all those posts into one category so you the reader can access them to see what is this idiot talking about.
I find it fun to go to a blog I don’t normally follow and like a few their posts. To me getting random acts of likes is a great thing. This is a great way to positively impact a blogger and to encourage them to keep on blogging. If they follow back its great, if not then there is nothing personal. You do it because it gives them a lift. That is the beauty of being on a blogging platform that is connected with others.
Thank you for your kindness to me and my city during this tragic time here. My posts have been very focused on this tragedy because it is impacting a place I love very much and its people. One thing this blog is dedicated to being is relevant and timely. Current events are an important thing to chronicle. News and information are valuable parts of our culture and I want to capture. Sharing our lives means the things that happens to us daily. To everyone who is still hanging with me, I appreciate you all.
