Six Word Story

Without mystery life is really predictable.

Sunday Reflection: No One Is Perfect And Grace Is Good

No one I know is perfect. No one. Not even me. Seeking perfection is a challenge that everyone will fail at and that’s OK. In that relentless pursuit of perfection we miss out on a lot. Our connection with one another means we share in that imperfect life that does more to unite us than any perfect life could. Everyone makes mistakes and it’s through those errors that allows forgiveness to come into play.

Grace is a great gift because it means you are being gift of pardon from whatever wrongs you have committed. It can bring people together where they were once apart. It’s okay to give and receive grace and still have issues to work out in any relationship. It’s grace that gives a point of reboot in life.

Forgiveness is really hard and its more about the person who was injured letting go of any anger or animosity that the person who was hurt the most. Be not afraid to reconcile and renew your hearts and minds for something higher and better.

So in your seeking to be perfect know it will never happen. Be satisfied with the person you are right now. Give people you know the chance to be who they are in the moment.

Quote Of The Day

I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality… I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.

Ya’ll Take The Beach. I’ll Take #Toronto Eh! Oh #Canada

While everyone is headed to the beach. I would so love to head north to Toronto and the greater Ontario area. Oh Canada! Now to figure out how to sneak across the border (said in jest because I full well know the border north is closed).

Spiritual Rambling Inspired By Caprica And Its Creation

As I pray, as I meditate my hope is to encounter the divine. The divine my spirit soars for. The encounter with God that my faith has linked me to. But as I pray and meditate I encounter other gods, other divine truth, other planes of existence. My spirit goes to light speed across the universe encountering life in the present, the future, and maybe the past.

What if I discover that the divine God of my life cannot be put in a box. I wonder what it would be like to encounter the heavens and the stars where saints who have gone on before and those who have yet to be born are in fellowship with one another. Everyone encountered is an alien in one form or another. Terran is one expression of that creation or evolution Adam and a different eve. Are you seeing from the watchtower?

My mind and heart have been opened wide to the plane of existence where many have come before and are still seeking. There is beauty, love, peace, and life here. I want to see it all. Eliminate all doubts. Know that all things that make life good are available for all.

Along this journey, a call to war is a way to get to a place where we find our way home. You go through a transfiguration where you become divine too. All this in the legend of the Universe from millions of years ago.

Pray, meditate, send out a call to the spirit in the sky that can take you to a place of imagination and so much more. Whether it be man or machine connected to the god/gods may we find our place in peace there. So say we all.
