Life is family, friends, community and love. Life is about taking advantage of things that come your way while returning the favor. Living means being all-in to the things you are passionate. Keep your life in check though, don’t let it get away. Be good in this life because it truly matters. God is in the details so you are covered in life.

Dreaming can loosen you from the confines of ones existence to think about possibilities we would have never thought about while awake. We all need to imagine the impossible and think about what could be. God gave us a heart and soul and imagination.

Rambling About Reaching Out First
I am a friendly person but I grow weary of being the one to say hello first. Greetings and that sort of thing are a two-way street. Saying hello to someone isn’t very hard, you have to be intentional about it. Being nice seems to be harder these days and I wonder if people are more afraid of friendships or perhaps we are just fearful of getting burned. I am a bit of an extrovert but I have my limits as to being the one to initiate contact with people. All I can say is to practice kindness, it is an awesome thing to do.
Rambling About Sharing One’s Views
I don’t expect everyone to agree with me who visits my blog or my social media platforms. However I do hope for respect, dialogue and understanding. Many of us have the freedoms our countries provide to express how we feel and we must be mindful there are those who do not. As a person with those freedoms I will never take them for granted nor will I use them in such a way that is demeaning. Everyone is worthy of grace and love while some in the public eye deserve some constructive criticism. It is my hope that despite our differences we can remain friends and friendly.
Just so you know my beliefs, blogging and politics are left-leaning but a good deal of the time I tend to be a moderate. Just so you know what to expect here.
If you find what I have to say as being something you cannot accept, I do understand. For those who chose to hang around I want to say thank you for your time when you visit here. I do appreciate it.
Post-Vacation Ramble
I am still on vacation but I am coming up for air so to speak. There are some things that need to be done which are being taken care of. Being back in “the real world” can be a challenge especially when there is news that impacts you. At the moment I am glad to be home although I do miss Orlando. Vacation does not last forever, it’s not meant to. A break is good every now and then however. It’s nice to be in another state both literally and figuratively. A nap or two before Monday will be nice and perhaps some fun around town will help finish this time off from work. I am looking forward to the next vacation although it will be down the road.
Rambling About Having A Level Playing Field
Amazing things can happen in a community when there is a level playing field for everyone. That means that you and others can go higher and do more things together. Equality and opportunity are important to make the 21st century its best. On the job its especially important when you want to advance your cause to have everyone working together at full strength.
Being awesome means having everyone be awesome from the same place.
