It’s the weekend, and we have started it with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. For me, I have had 3 cups of coffee, which I normally do 2 cups. Weekends are made for indulgences and that sort of thing. I hope we all have a good first weekend of 2026. It’s weird to say 2026 come to think of it. Love and peace and coffee, everyone.

The Last Monday Of 2025
OK, good people, it is the last Monday of 2025. Many of us are returning to work to finish out the year, hopefully on a positive note. Let’s hope it will be a good one for all of us. Peace and love to you all today.
A New Year In This New Week
It’s hard to believe it’s the last few days of 2025. On Thursday, we welcome a brand-new year, 2026. To be honest, I have not given 2026 a great deal of thought, I am afraid to considering how 2025 has gone. Like any new year, there is a lot of mystery and anxiety. We will have to see how it goes. I will say I have plenty of uncertainty. How are you feeling about things as we turn the page and begin a new story?
I will have to say many want to hold onto a past that isn’t working out too well for some. The future needs to come and in a hurry.
Happy Kwanzaa To All Who Celebrate
Today begins the celebration of Kwanzaa. It is an annual celebration of African-American culture from December 26 to January 1. It was created by activist Maulana Karenga based on African harvest festival traditions from various parts of West, East, and Southeast Africa. Peace to all who celebrate.
