Android Update To “Marshmallow”

My Verizon Wireless Samsung Galaxy S5 has updated to the new version of the Android operating system. “Marshmallow” seems to be pretty good.  Looking forward to seeing how it works.

I am a Chromebook and Android user and I have found they work well for all my needs. This article’s news doesn’t surprise me because of the price point and the usability. Sometimes what isn’t popular might work best, you just have to use your imagination and be creative.

Rambling About Mobile Blogging

Blogging on ones smartphone can be a great way to post on the run. A downside to it is the auto correct feature that takes words you meant to say and turns it into something else. The result of that is a post that doesn’t make sense if you don’t proofread it, which I am guilty of doing. When blogging on your phone keep your posts short and be sure you proof as you go along. I encourage mobile blogging because its a great way to capture the events of life in real time. Your phone can be your friend in blogging.

The Flip Phone, I Miss Them…Sometimes

I had a couple flip phones early in my cell phone life. The Motorola Razr was one of the best. In the world of Android and iPhones the simplicity of those devices is something I have fond memories for. Would I trade my Samsung 5s for the Razr today, nope. The world has changed but you know it’s good to have happy memories of flipping your phone to be cool…well I did that, not sure about others. Did you have a flip phone? What was your favorite?
