My Facebook Fast Continues And It’s Still Good
It’s been 5 weeks since my Facebook fast and I am not missing it much. Believe me its done wonders for my mental health and has helped me focus on my blogging which is a good thing. At some point, I am going to have to deal with it and pare it down to something I don’t have to tend. Right now my profile is deactivated so nothing is lost. As for now, I am keeping on this course.
The One Month Mark Without #Facebook
One month ago I went on a Facebook fast for personal reasons. It’s been a great experience where I have cleared my head and focused on other areas of expression like my blog. I remain connected on Twitter and Instagram. I don’t regret leaving one bit, but I know a return is in sight sometime in the future. So far so good though and I’ll go back when I am good and ready. Until then, steady on as they say.

Everyone has a problem creating blog posts every now and again. If this is you try writing shorter posts like a paragraph or two. Post a favorite picture, quote, meme, YouTube video or a six word story. Smaller posts can help you remove the block and makes it more fun to create. So many streams
So much Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime
So many choices, so little time
So many things to see and experience
So many stories to be told
So be careful when you binge lest you get old
So much, too much to pick from
After a while, it isn’t so much fun.
The Internet is bending but will it break
Because of the powerful streams, people are enjoying
Make time for yourself. Your favorite characters will be there when you get back
All this streaming can inspire some dreaming
Hey can you bring me some popcorn and a beverage or two
Stream, stream, stream is all we wanna do.
Enjoy your Mandalorian and that Baby Yoda too.
All of it is streaming to you.
Yeah, there’s too much to watch.
